Voor situaties waarin zowel een brandtelefoon als een gehandicapt toevluchtsoord vereist zijn op dezelfde locatie. Bij normaal gebruik werkt het Type B Green Disabled Refuge Point, maar als de deur wordt geopend en de handset van de brandtelefoon wordt opgeheven, wordt een oproep van de handset in plaats daarvan naar het bedieningspunt geleid.
